editTblForm (line 135)

show the filed definition form

as not all field classes are now updated to use editTbl_echoForm DBMS_FIELD uses this by default. We have to change this here.

Redefinition of:

editTbl_getFieldEditArr (line 86)

returns an array of field to bie shown in the edit form by using editTbl_echoForm

the array is in the form:

1.  [_sectionName_]
2.       [TITLE] -> string
3.       [_rowName_]
4.          [FLDLAB]  (complete html code with <td></td>)
5.          [FLDVAL] (complete html code with <td></td>)

NOTE as this is not implemented in the whole classTree at the moment ensure all parents use editTbl_echoForm() in theire editTblForm otherwise you'll get a mismatch of field order
